The universal armrestteststand can be used to carry out various tests on chairs. Tests can be executed according to BIFMA X5.1, EN1335, EN581-2, etc.. A convenient operator interface which runs under Windows® enables free test parameterisation. Predefined sequences are available for static/dynamic seat and backrest testing. Any other sequences can be freely implemented graphically. The individual testing assignments can be interrupted at any time and resumed from the same point. Thus, intermediate tests can be carried out on a different test object. Any time and force can be assigned to each test enabling implementation of any testing sequence. The test data can be transferred via Ethernet to an external computer for processing and incorporation in test reports. Furthermore, an off-line version is available for data revision.
