Our mattress loading test stand is a highly flexible facility to test-load mattresses and record characteristic curves of force. A servo-controlled triple-axle portal will load a mattress any number of times with a standard roller. The characteristic curve of force can be re-corded and evaluated at any point, depending on the given load. The individual parameters of the standards (lying hardness, loss of height, etc.) are automatically calculated and displayed graphically.
